Dion Marquise Hayes professionally known as 42 dugg, is an American rapper.His single like "The street " led to Yo Gotti signing 42 dugg to his collective music group label.A joint agreement allowed him to sign on with Lil baby's label 4PF as well.
He collaborated with other Detroit rappers like Babyface Ray and 42 twinz on his early start.He received national attention when he featured on Lil baby's February 2020 track "Grace" which peaking at no.48 on the Billboard Hot 100. He was also featured on Lil baby's track "We paid" in May 2020, peaking at no.10 on the Billboard Hot 100.This boosted sale of his mixtape "young and Turnt2" on no.58 on the Billboard 200 and no.6 on Billboard independent Albums chart.
Collaboration with Marshmallow ("Baggin") and LBS Kee'vin ( "Shining") followed after young and turnt 2 mixtape. In 2021 , 42 dugg returned with his fourth mixtape " free dem boyz", which featured Roddy Ricch on the hit " 4 Da gang".
In 2022, 42 dugg teamed up with Yo Gotti roster- mate EST Gee on the album " Last Ones Left".
