Dimitri Leslie Roger professionally known as Rich the kid', is an American rapper. In 2013,he released his debut solo mixtape , Been about the Benjamin's and later that year released a collaborative mix-tape series with Migos called Street on lock(vol.1 & 2 ) with vol.3 released in 2014 and vol.4 released in 2015.His second solo mix-tape released in aug.2014 titled Feels good 2 be rich whic featured artists like Migos,French Montana , Yo Gotti,Chinx, Kodak black among others. In nov.2014,Rich the kid' released the single "On my way" featuring GS9 artists, Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel. In 2014 ,released third mixtape Rich than famous featured YG ,Migos, Bobby Shmurda,Rowdy Rebel, Guccy Mane.
In 2016,Rich started his own label,Rich Forever Music,releasing no less than four mix-tapes, including a pair of compilations highlighting Rich forever artists.
With a style very much in line with the dark,highly pressurized flows of other icons of Atlanta hip-hop ,he established himself with a strong of mix-tapes & singles that led to a deal with Major Interscope record label. In 2017 ,he released th e single "New freezer" featuring Kendrick Lamar which became multi-platinum hit.His debut studio album " The world is yours " was released on mar.30,2018 and features guest appearance from Lil Wayne, Swae Lee,Trippie Redd, Khalid, Kendrick lamar among others.His second album , the world is yours 2, was released a year later on mar.22, 2019. It debuted at no.4 on the US Billboard 200 and making his second US top 10 album.
On December 6,2019, Rich departed Interscope records and signed with Republic records. The rapper third studio album ,Boss Man ,released in 2020 on republic records.The project saw rapper venture into melodic trap and drill with features from Post Malone to Nicki Minaj. It hit no.24 on the Billboard 200 and no.14 on the top Rap album chart .
He then signed to Independent label Empire distribution and released his first project with them ,Nobody Safe , a collaborative mix-tape with Young boy never broke again.
On April14,2021,Rich signed with Restrum records and released , Trust fund babies , a collaborative mix-tape with Lil Wayne .
